Recuperative holidays in Britain

Several groups of young children recovering from cancer enjoyed holidays with their mothers in the Spring.
In the Summer we chartered two Belavia flights into Manchester and Birmingham.
All the staff at both airports continue to give us wonderful support.
We brought children and teenagers from schools in contaminated villages, from hospitals, the Diabetic Association and from the children’s cancer charity ‘Children in Trouble’.
Many received much needed dental treatment; some were fitted with hearing aids; a few received medical treatment; and they all had a great holiday, made many new friends and returned home stronger and healthier.
